We are looking for a colleague to work for our EmployeeExperience Team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in İstanbul.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Single point of contact for employees related to all HR processes,

  • Working closely with department managers to provide strategic HR Support in order to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions and projects,

  • Operating all HR processes such as recruitment, rotation, compensation, and talent management,

  • Analyzing large sets of data, preparing senior management reports,

  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees,

  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation,

  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management,or related field,

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR, gained at business partner,

  • Have excellent proficiency in the English language, both written and oral,

  • Ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies, and procedures,

  • Have problem-solving and analytical capabilities; experience in managing and analyzing HR metrics to find root causes and develop solutions,

  • Have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and its interpretation,

  • Computer skills including the ability to operatespreadsheets and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level,

  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and in a team environment with a commitment to personal and professional development,

  • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationshipswith people at all levels,

  • Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in generalist, partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location & complex businesses.
