TRT Network is looking for a Head of Business Insights with a proven background in building teams in high-growth e-commerce or premium streaming service, and driving strategy across product lines and customer segments. The successful candidate will help us shape upcoming global streaming services both in the domestic and global markets, which will ignite and drive consumer passion for what our brand has to offer.



  • Assist in defining and driving business growth roadmap, strategy, and business KPIs for the overall organization,

  • Ensure the team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long-term needs,

  • Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and partners across the organization, effectively gaining the endorsement of the strategy, 

  • Develop customer and industry segment definitions and requirements,

  • Assist in leading the thinking around how to evolve pricing and tiering that works best for different countries around the world,

  • Create and deliver accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed reports and analyses to operational and strategic questions,

  • Provide forward-looking insights and propose actionable product recommendations,

  • Assist in developing business plans and feasibility studies for new product categories, identifying product concepts for commercialization,

  • Competitive Analysis: identify key industry competitors and evaluate their strategies to determine areas of opportunity,

  • Trend Analysis: Collect and analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and drive actionable Product Strategy recommendations,

  • Support business analysts in shaping the future of their business growth roadmap. 



  • 5+ years of experience in product leadership, product marketing, product strategy, or equivalent strategic consulting experience,

  • 1+ years of direct management experience,

  • Understanding of the digital media streaming landscape, and revenue models,

  • A proven track record of helping informs strategic business decisions and driving alignment with leadership and executive teams,

  • Proven experience defining and driving pricing and packaging decisions including rollout with the revenue teams,

  • Demonstrated success in company-wide alignment and change management, particularly with GTM functions,

  • Experience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment,

  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels in the organization,

  • You have a history of collaboration or direct management experience with quantitative research and data science groups,

  • You have the technical competence and leadership skills to coach team members inappropriate methodologies, communication style, and technical solutions needed,

  • You have a track record to comprehend and dissect complex topics into strategic aspects which provide simplicity and guidance for partners and the leadership team,

  • Familiar with relevant methodologies for understanding and interpreting human behavior and human interactions with technology.
