We are looking for a colleague to work for our Internal Communication and Employer Branding Team as an Internal Communication and Employer Branding Specialist in İstanbul.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies plans, that engage and inform employees and stakeholders,

  • Write and produce internal communication materials such as newsletters, emails, and presentations,

  • Manage the internal communication channels, including the intranet, social media channels, and other platforms,

  • Conduct research and analysis to measure the effectiveness of internal communication and TRT employer branding efforts,

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategiesthat promote the TRT as an employer of choice,

  • Create and manage content for the TRT career website and social media channels,

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding,

  • Collaborate with HR, Support, and other departments to develop and deliver internal events and campaigns that support the employer brand and values,

  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in internal communication and employer branding, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related field

  • Experience in developing and implementing internal communication and employer branding strategies and plans,

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in internal communication and employer branding,

  • Knowledge of internal communication channels and platforms, including intranet, digital signage and social media

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills,

  • Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,

  • Experience with research and analysis, including the ability to use metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts,

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and departments across the organization,

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
