We are looking for a colleague to work for TRT International Relations Department as an Administrative Operations Assistant Specialist/Specialist in Ankara.

Job Description:

  • Follow up corporate and external correspondence and communication,

  • Carry out financial and administrative operations meticulously,

  • Evaluate correspondence and financial documents, determine necessary actions, and execute them in accordance with corporate legislation,

  • Interpret the financial statements received from the overseas units of the organization and prepare reports,

  • Contribute to the performance and efficiency assessment of the organization's overseas units,

  • Participate in planning and implementation of international events and meetings,

  • Proficiency in using Electronic Document Management System and ERP programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Finance, Economics, Management, Finance or Accounting (Master's or PhD degree is a plus)

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience for Assitant Specialist and a minimum of 5 years' experience for Specialist in governance, preliminary accounting, and official correspondence

  • Proficiency in English (YDS 80 and above preferred), second languages such as German, Arabic, Russian, etc. is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs,

  • High level of proficiency in verbal and written communication and planning,

  • High level of organizational skills,

  • High judgment and evaluation skills,

  • Research and development oriented,

  • Excellent reporting skills,

  • Being a respected member of the team,

  • Being punctual and meticulous in following up and completing business processes,

  • Have a sense of corporate identity and responsibility.
