TRT Network is looking for a Manager of Product & Business Insights with a proven background in building teams in high-growth e-commerce or premium streaming service, and driving strategy across product lines and customer segments. The successful candidate will help us shaping our upcoming global streaming service both in the domestic and global markets, which will ignite and drive consumer passion for what our brand has to offer.

As a Manager of Product & Business Insights, you will oversee the product strategy, customer segment strategy, business insight operations; (developing and monitoring KPIs, providing insight reports, and market pricing strategy), and competitive research. This position will require a demonstrated ability to work horizontally and vertically across multiple teams to facilitate cross-functional collaborations between Brand & Marketing, Partnership & Distribution, Content Strategy, Engineering, and all go-to-market teams.


  • Define and drive product vision, strategy and business KPIs for the overall organization,

  • Ensure the team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long-term needs,

  • Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and partners across the organization, effectively gaining the endorsement of strategy,

  • Drive customer and industry segment definition and requirements,

  • Run market and competitive intelligence in collaboration between Product & Business Insight and other departments,

  • Lead the thinking around how to evolve pricing and tiering that works best for different countries around the world,

  • Oversee the platform's consumer-facing efforts on partner, payment and customer support integration and innovation, 

  • Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods along with rigorous A/B testing to arrive at prominent hypotheses that will advance the business,

  • Product Strategy: Create and deliver accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed reports and analyses to operational and strategic questions,

  • Provide forward-looking insights and propose actionable product recommendations,

  • Develop business plans and feasibility studies for new product categories, identifying product concepts for commercialization,

  • Competitive Analysis: identify key industry competitors and evaluate their strategies to determine areas of opportunity,

  • Trend Analysis: Collect and analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and drive actionable Product Strategy recommendations,

  • War game and scenario Analysis: prepare through competitive and trend analysis, rally senior stakeholders, facilitate war game workshops and identify "high risk, high reward" opportunities,

  • Support product managers and business analysts in shaping the future of their product vision.



  • 10+ years of experience in product leadership, product marketing, product strategy, or equivalent strategic consulting experience,

  • 3+ years of direct management experience,

  • Previous experience defining product strategy, customer/industry segmentation, and driving customer/industry segment requirements,

  • A proven track record of helping inform strategic business decisions and driving alignment with leadership and executive teams,

  • Previous experience driving product partnerships and/or acquisitions,

  • Proven competency defining and driving pricing and packaging decisions, including rollout with the revenue teams,

  • Demonstrated success in company-wide alignment and change management, particularly with GTM functions,

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; enjoy figuring out what needs to be done-and then doing it,

  • Experience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment,

  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels in the organization,

  • Knowledge of collaboration or direct management experience with quantitative research and data science groups,

  • Technical competency and leadership skills to coach team members in appropriate methodologies, communication styles, and technical solutions needed,

  • Having a track record of comprehending and dissecting complex topics into strategic aspects which provide simplicity and guidance for partners and the leadership team,

  • Familiar with relevant methodologies for understanding and interpreting human behaviour and interactions with technology.
