Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in implementing and contributing to our growth strategy. They manage cross platform campaigns and are responsible for growth functions to aid content and engagement teams.



Responsibilities
  • Digital marketing strategy and planning

  • Budgeting and budget management

  • Cost and performance optimisation

  • Continuous improvement on conversion, engagement, consumption metrics & KPIs

  • A/B and multivariate testing

  • Adoption of new tools, features or techniques

  • Capacity building and knowledge leadership on platform features

  • Campaign execution and  management 

  • Liaison with platform representatives and voicing organisation needs 

  • Continuous in-house analysis and reporting on allocated products/channels/platforms 

  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Competitor analysis



Experiences
  • 3+ years in digital media or related field

  • University degree or post high school certification

  • Technical knowledge of at least two ad platforms and technologies (Google, Meta, TikTok, Twitter - including all sub products e.g. YouTube and Instagram)

  • Quantitative experience on analytics platforms for digital media

  • Experience in promoting and growing audiences across text, video and audio

  • Analysis and report writing

  • Fluency in English

  • Working knowledge and or experience of news and media workflows a plus

  • Working knowledge of either Albanian, Bosanski, French, German, Hausa, Macedonian,Russian, Swahili a plus
