TRT Global streaming service tabii is looking for a Senior Turkish and English-speaking Specialist with 5+ years of experience to deliver key projects in Communications and Publicity. The successful candidate will be equipped and excited to drive publicity campaigns. As well as assist in developing communications strategies for tabii across various markets. This role requires a Strategic and Creative mind that can create meaningful and groundbreaking PR campaigns from inception through execution.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of tabii strategies, drive collaborative efforts, and inspire teammates on all levels to exceed expectations. In addition, will also be responsible for managing the stakeholder relationship for all things related to brand perception.
The Publicity and Communications team at tabii is responsible for communicating the broader TRT story, inclusive of its flagship titles, product features, strategic partnerships, and policy issues. The team creates awareness of TRT content production and its attributes through storytelling across a wide range of platforms such as digital social networks, TV, and print.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all agency relations,

Prepare all communications material internationally as well as in the local market,

Collaborate with the Brand and Design Teams to communicate an audience-driven promotional strategy for creative executions,

Analyze media coverage, research, and prepare necessary materials for various media platforms,

Develop, communicate, and monitor brand voice and maintain brand integrity and coherence across all platforms,
-
Carry out media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders internationally as well as in local markets,

Assist in the creation of messaging content in digital, video, audio, and print formats,

Organize and manage presence at industry events and conferences, create engagement, positive public opinion, and interest in the brand, and establish strong partnerships,

Evaluate potential sponsorships to increase brand awareness.
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION

Have at least 5 years of experience in PR (in-house or agency) or digital media Journalism - preferably with experience in the media, technology, or agency sector,

Have a global mindset and strong business acumen, preferably with experience working in multicultural environments,

Understand the digital media and competitive landscape,

Have excellent judgment as well as very strong writing communication and public speaking skills in Turkish and English,

Have a passion for entertainment and is excited at the prospect of delivering stories from all over the world to people from different backgrounds,

Ability to build a strong network of relationships with journalists and media,

Be adept at brand reputation and media issues management,

Be a self-starter and proactive who comes up with new approaches and is eager to try out new/innovative campaigns,

Have a strong bias-to-action and can change course, be scrappy, and get things done on short timeframes,

Demonstrate previous experience in implementing a multi-channel communication strategy for a product/service,

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated.
