TRT International is looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to be part of its upcoming global entertainment service in Istanbul. 

The Digital Campaign Specialist is part of the Content Marketing Team. He/She will be assigned to specific tasks related to the promotion of TRT’s digital output to expand and engage new and current audiences. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience of promoting digital content.

The successful candidate needs to be proficient in English.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and lead digital campaigns for TRT International across relevant digital platforms including social media,

  • Work with the content teams to identify opportunities for the promotion and distribution of content through digital campaigns,

  • Lead discussions around best practices and continually innovate to identify new opportunities for growth utilising various digital campaign strategies,

  • Monitor data generated from campaigns, especially budgets and KPI’s, and capture them as appropriate ona weekly basis,

  • Constantly keep on top of measurement and optimisation of digital campaigns in order to constantly improve performance,

  • Develop new innovative ways to manage and deliver digital campaigns for content,

  • Keep ahead of innovations and changes within the ad management systems of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) and ensure that these changes are taken into account and help further the objectives of TRT.


KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION


  • Sound leadership and communication abilities,

  • Mastery over the digital media landscape and knowledge of key news media organisations,

  • Experienced in developing and leading large digital campaigns (paid and organic),

  • Experience with measuring, reporting and optimising digital campaign performance,

  • Sound writing abilities & communication skills,

  • At least 4 years experience in digital media or a related field,

  • At least 2 years experience in leading digital media campaigns,

  • High level of proficiency in English.
