We arelooking for teammate who will work as an International Broadcast Coordination Specialist to be assigned in Ankara in the TRT Spor.

Primary Tasks

• Communicating with relevant foreign broadcasters,

• Following up international agreements, to make presentations to the relevant manager and to carry out approvals,

• Ensuring and organizing the signature, translation, invoice, accounting works of the contract, and the follow-up of them,

• Sharing the technical, graphic, day and hour information of the organization received in the contract with the required units,

• Working in coordination with International and National Federations & Broadcasting Organizations,

• Providing instant communication between units during ongoing organizations to inform and follow up announcers and reporters,

• In domestic and international duties of the assigned employees; dealing with accreditation, accommodation, transportation issues,

• Making local and international negotiations and agreements between the units regarding the rental of camera and live broadcast vehicles for archive usage.

Key Skills, Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism or related discipline,

• Native or near native English is a must, and French would be a plus,

• Information in various sports and following the latest sports news,

• At least 4 years of international broadcasting experience,

• Effectively using MS Office programs,

• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, analytical and solution-oriented perspective,

• Being able to keep up with the intense work tempo, flexible and shift work appropriate and responsible,

• No obligation for military service (for male candidates),

• Living in or willing to relocate to Ankara.
