We are looking for colleagues to work in our Strategy Development Team as a Strategy&Business Planning Expert.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management while developing key analyses and shaping the organization’s overall strategy in order to better serve audiences. 

Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end strategy cycle processes

  • Exploring and understanding audience insights and needs by analysing media consumption behaviour and trends and developing audience segmentation analysis

  • Researching and analysing the organization and the competitive landscape continuously in order to identify and evaluate threats, opportunities and new business areas

  • Organizing strategy workshops between top management and function/unit managers when needed

  • Working closely with business units in order to understand and formulate strategic needs and priorities

  • Developing and shaping long-term strategies in line with TRT’s corporate strategy

  • Translating strategic plans into business plans, concrete initiatives/projects and priorities that realize TRT’s business objectives

  • Planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting projects defined in strategic plans

  • Ensuring successful execution of strategies and supporting top management's strategic/tactical decision making processes by developing a performance measurement system. Tracking and reporting strategic goals and key performance indicators on a regular basis

  • Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions in order to provide strategic and analytical support and guidance to senior executives for strategy execution processes

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement by continuously analysing facts and figures from various perspectives

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering or a strategy-related field is a plus

  • Deep toolset in strategy, planning and market analysis

  • Excellent strategic thinking and insights in order to build effective and appropriate strategies

  • Providing insight from audience trends/market needs and propose possible solutions and business models to address new opportunities

  • Experience in preparing reports and presentations for top management

  • Familiarity with project management tools.

  • Experience driving the full project lifecycle from conceptual strategy to final execution

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Ability to take initiative, effectively prioritize and manage workload across multiple projects

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to frame key questions and the analyses needed to solve complex problems.

  • No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years

  • Some travel required depending on projects

At least 5 years of professional experience related to one of the following:

  • Management consulting with a strong element of planning/strategy

  • Business development, strategy, corporate development, project management or project portfolio management
