TRT (Global Entertainment) is looking for a Senior Visual Brand Officer with 5+ years of experience to handle Visual Brand for its upcoming International expansion project. The successful candidate will help us launch and grow our global presence through their experience in telling a consistent Brand story with visual content that will ignite and drive consumer passion for what our brand offers.

The Senior Visual Brand Officer will also contribute to the development of TRT International visual strategies, drive the collaborative efforts, and inspire teammates on all levels to exceed expectations. In addition, the Senior Visual Brand Officer will also be responsible for managing the stakeholders relationship for all things related to visual brand and visual brand strategy.

The Marketing & Branding team at TRT International is responsible for both establishing and maintaining visual brand integrity across all markets and platforms. The team creates awareness of TRT production and its attributes through visual storytelling across a wide-range of digital platforms as well as traditional earned media platforms such as newspapers, magazines, TV, and radio programmes.


  • Develop and implement visual branding strategy, brand concepts, identities and visual languages for digital properties in various platforms for different markets.

  • Serve as the creative go-to voice for the Global Brand & Communications team.

  • Ensure the integrity of all visual materials with the brand, including designs and videos created by the design team.

  • Act as a bridge between the Design and the other Marketing members and ensure that the visual brand communication is in balance with the brand identity.

  • Establish a visual brand strategy, communicate with other marketing team members to visualize their brand identity research, communicate the voice and tone of the brand, set style guides, brand guidelines, maintain brand consistency and increase brand awareness.

  • Ensure that the designs are user-centered and communicate to their designated audience in a consistent storytelling fashion.

  • Track progress and efficiency of visual branding and optimize as needed.

  • Collaborate with other Marketing team members to communicate audience driven brand strategies through creative executions.

  • Collaborate with the Design Team and other teams to communicate audience driven visual brand strategies for creative executions.

  • Conceive and drive the creation of experience-oriented design solutions that fulfill strategic business objectives.

  • Monitor branding, advertising, communications and creative industry trends and competitive communications to look for opportunities to evolve and differentiate.

  • Act as the organization’s agent with external parties such as media, stakeholders, agencies and any strategic partnerships.

  • Establish effective design workflows, articulate and defend conceptual and directional choices.

  • Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or a related discipline. 

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Branding (in-house or agency) -- preferably with experience in the media, technology, or agency sector.

  • Digital and corporate design expertise. Must understand digital visual branding and has demonstrated experience launching and managing unique brands, from ideation to execution.

  • Experience in corporate branding, online, social media and promotional design.

  • Aside design, experience in other visual communication forms such as video production.

  • Demonstrate experience developing strategy for, and managing through the line visual brands.

  • Comprehensive awareness and interest in new digital visual trends, social media industry as well as new platforms and technologies for the digital channel and related mediums.

  • Passion for TV and film as well as knowledge of subscription services and the broader media landscape.

  • Strong team player and ability to lead and develop projects as well as creative solutions to provide timely visual outputs to keep work on schedule.

  • Highly empathetic to your audiences and ensure creative ideas are grounded in insights.

  • Being creative in turning ideas into reality, and tailor the idea to impact the right audience with the right message.

  • Strong ability to prioritize projects based on short and long-term needs.

  • Comfortable to develop creative and fast paced asset production.

  • Have a global mindset and strong business acumen, preferably with experience of working in multicultural environments.

  • Have excellent judgment, excellent writing, presentation and communication skills at all levels of both internal and client organizations.
